Whether you come in winter or summer, you’ll find Val di Fiemme has a huge range of activities for kids!

In the summer:
  • Giro d’Ali (2km away from the hotel): an amazing playground on water featuring suspension bridges, rafts, floating games in wood and more
  • The Sentiero Frainus: a circular trail for curious kids keen to find out about mountain birds and see them
  • The Acropark adventure park in Ziano (10km away): 4 different trails of varying difficulty for adults and kids that wind through the trees above the Avisio river, a thrilling experience that you can try out in complete safety
  • Cermislandia (18km away): an enjoyable adventure playground surrounded by greenery, and the starting point for lifts up to the Fattoria Jjaaa Jaa Hoo, a high-altitude educational farm for children

In Winter:

  • Kinderheim La Tana degli gnomi: an amusement park in the snow with activities for children. It also has a slope for sledges, rubber donutting and skiing, and a convenient treadmill to take you back to the top of the slope
  • Fraina sledging slope: at 2km in length, this is an excellent alternative to skiing and a way to experience the thrill of going downhill on the snow in a unique environment. Guaranteed fun for all the family!
  • Latemar Gardonè Ski Center: as well as the Alpine Coaster Sledge Ride, it boasts Il Regno dei Draghi for smaller children: this outdoor playground also has a heated chalet featuring games for children, a play area and tables for drawing
  • Cermislandia, at Alpe Cermis, also takes care of kids during the winter with a children’s playgroup, sledges and rubber tubes for the snow 

Visiting in the summer?

Val di Fiemme is a real paradise for those who enjoy walking, trekking, and Nordic walking. The most well-known routes include the Sentiero Marciò and Sottosassa, those between the Colbricòn lakes and Baita Segantini and the trekking del Cristo Pensante trail.

Whether it’s alpine skiing or cross-country skiing, you’re spoilt for choice!

The skibus provides easy access to: Ski Center Latemar (9km away at Predzzo), Passo Rolle (15km away), Alpe Cermis a Cavalese (18km away), Alpe di Pampeago (22km away) and Sella Ronda – Giro dei Quattro Passi (30km away).
For cross-country skiing, we recommend the anello di Bellamonte trail, which is very close to the hotel, the Pista Marcialonga (7km away), the Centro del Fondo di Lago di Tesero (13km away; home of several Nordic Ski world championships) and the Centro del Fondo di Lavazè (25 km away).

Fans of fishing will also be glad to know that there are lots of small alpine lakes in Val di Fiemme that contain brown trout, marble trout and arctic char.
Meanwhile, winter is the perfect time for ice-skating at the Stadio del Ghiaccio di Cavalese ice rink, or outside at Lago di Tesero, and downhill bob and sledge slopes: Fraina is an enjoyable 2km-long slope, fun to sledge down together with the whole family, and which can be reached by cabin lift from the facilities at Alpe di Lusia Bellamonte-Castelir; the Gardonè Alpine Coaster is a sledge ride on rails, the only one of its kind in Trentino where,on board a two-seater bob, you can complete a circuit of about 1km surrounded by woodland.

In the case of bookings for a hotel stay, the provision of this data is obligatory for purposes relating to the first two points above, and failure to provide this data may mean we are unable to satisfy your request. These persons are permitted to access your personal data within the limits and to the extent that is necessary for them to perform the treatment operations that relate to you. The Controller will perform periodic verification of the systems used to treat your personal data and the security measures connected with them, which are continually kept updated. The Controller will also verify, through the persons authorised to treat your personal data, that no personal data is being collected, treated or stored which is not necessary. The Controller will verify that personal data is stored with a guarantee of its integrity and authenticity and of its use for purposes of the operations that are actually carried out. The personal data treated by the Controller will be retained for the time necessary to enable the fulfilment of all operations connected with the management of your contract with the Controller and for a period of up to 10 years starting from the conclusion of the contract (art. 2946 cc) or starting from when the rights resulting from it can be enforced (pursuant to art. 2935 cc); as well as for the fulfilment of obligations (eg. tax and accounting) which remain after the conclusion of the contract (art. 2220 cc), for which means the Controller should only keep that personal data which is necessary for such purposes. Exceptions to this are situations where there is a need to legally assert the rights deriving from the contract, in which case only that personal data which is strictly necessary for such purposes will be treated for the time necessary to complete the procedure. For operations which have not resulted in contractual obligations, the Controller is permitted to retain your personal data for a period of up to 36 months following the last occasion you demonstrated interest (examples of which include a request for a quotation, a request for information and registration). For recruitment purposes, your personal data will be retained for a maximum period of 24 months.
